Delivery charges within the Netherlands.
If your order exceeds € 150, there are no delivery charges. If your order amounts to less than this amount, we will take € 15 postage/administration into account.
Delivery charges for other counties.
For purchases from Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg, we carry half of the freight costs. The full shipping costs will be taken into account for buyers from other countries.
Payment methods and delivery.
Recognised institutions forming part of the care industry may make payment upon receipt of our invoice. Other buyers must pay in advance and will receive a Pro Forma invoice by email (or by fax or post if necessary) as confirmation of their order. This will indicate the invoice total, the delivery charges and methods of payment. Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be dispatched as soon as possible. Buyers outside the Netherlands, but within the EU, are not obliged to pay VAT as long as they supply their VAT number in advance.

Gildewerk supplies goods to institutions in the care industry and to companies. It does this according to Gildewerk BV’s general terms and conditions, available at the county court in Haarlem.

Please note: Certain products are only available as long as stocks last. Due to the vast diversity of our range, it is unfortunately impossible to guarantee the availability of all products and versions all the time. If a product is not available, it will not be delivered at a later date. Instead, you will receive a credit.
